That is what happens when we pray to Idols.
Psalms 115:4-8
4 But their idols are silver and gold, made by the hands of men.
5 They have mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but they cannot see;
6 they have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but they cannot smell;
7 they have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but they cannot walk; nor can they utter a sound with their throats.
8 Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.

[Idols are made out of gold, silver; stones or even plastic like this doll. Idols have mouths - but doesn’t speak. It has ears but doesn’t hear. It has everything, but can do nothing.]
Q. If we worship idols, what will happen? [We will become like idols]

Acts 17:24
The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by hands.
Q. According this passage, what do you understand about God? -Let them share- Bible says God is our creator.
He is a living God. He can definitely hear us, heal us, see us and make us happy.
He can fulfill our desires.
He is a great God.
