Ministry is doing daily
1. Evangelism
Exodus 16:4
Then the LORD said to Moses, "I will rain down bread from heaven for you. The people are to go out each day and gather enough for that day. In this way I will test them and see whether they will follow my instructions.
* Everyday they went out to collect manna.
* Everyday we need to look for fruit
* Everyday focus on visitors and studies
* Not only in the end of the month
2. Teaching the Bible
Nehemiah 8:18
Day after day, from the first day to the last, Ezra read from the Book of the Law of God. They celebrated the feast for seven days, and on the eighth day, in accordance with the regulation, there was an assembly.
Everyday Ezra read out the word of the Lord to the people. In the assembly he made everyone listen to the words.
We need to teach the Bible everyday to the studies And do our follow up studies with disciples. From beginning to end we need to keep teaching.
3. Daily Challenges
Psalms 61:8
Then will I ever sing praise to your name and fulfill my vows day after day.
Everyday we need to keep our vows – our goals or challenges for the day or for the month May be sacrificing something – or doing something special
4. Daily Prayer
Psalms 88:9
my eyes are dim with grief. I call to you, O LORD, every day; I spread out my hands to you.
Everyday we need to pray as a disciple. Prayer moves the ministry – not hard work. Let God give you the answers. You will feel tired / critical / overwhelmed on your own. You cannot give more because you are only doing to please someone.
5. Daily Discipling
Proverbs 8:34
Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my doors, waiting at my doorway.
You are blessed if you are watchful over your ministry everyday. Keep an eye on disciples see if they are progressing. You initiate and spend time with them – or pray with them. See their friends in the church are they going with strong disciples or weak disciples.
Luke 9:23
Then he said to them all: "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.
Then he said to them all: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. We have to carry our personal burdens and still care for others. Only a spiritual disciple will care for others burdens. Your ministry is the size of your burden. If you take care of it well God will entrust you with more. You have to make the ministry GROW.
6. Daily Encouagements
Hebrews 3:13
But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness.

Disciples need encouragement.
Leaders have leaders meeting / Zone meeting – leaders retreat so we are very encouraged.
Need to keep your eye on disciples needs.
Picnic / Fun time / Tea or Coffee – Or a time to relax
The disciples don’t have faith because they are not encouraged to see there will be good times.
Inspire people not beat them
Lift them up – Make them feel like a team
