1. He set boundaries
Jesus withdrew from those who sought to harm Him.
Matthew 12:15 - Aware of this, Jesus withdrew from that place.
2. He spoke truth without softening it
He confronted hypocrisy directly.
Matthew 23:27 - Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites!...
3. He refused to argue with manipulators
Jesus did not engage with questions asked in bad faith.
Luke 20:8 - Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things.
4. He walked away from hardened hearts
When people refused truth, He did not force access.
Matthew 13:58 - And he did not do many miracles there because of their lack of faith.
5. He protected the vulnerable
Jesus exposed abuse of power and defended the harmed.
John 8:7 - Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.
6. He did not confuse forgiveness with access
Jesus forgave, but He did not trust everyone.
John 2:24-25 - But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all people. He did not need any testimony about mankind, for he knew what was in each person.
7. He chose obedience over approval
Jesus allowed people to walk away rather than compromise truth.
