We have often walked our roads of life alone
The world thrives off sin, that's what we're shown
But there is a god whose love for us has only ever grown
Even during our struggles, when all our conviction we have thrown
Even when our god at times we tend to disown
Every worship requires efforts and commitment
We must build each other up, that support has to be consistent
For Satan and his tempting schemes are always persistent
For one wrong turn, and our past once again becomes existent
We must work together to fight the evil forces which are malignant
Just as the first century disciples prayed together,
Fasted together,
Were devoted together
We disciples are called today for a battle between good and evil,
A battle between a pleasant and a foul weather
From the world's pleasures, we are called to be better
For two is better than one
And a godly fellowship encourages one another to run
To run for eternal salvation, a prize that can be won
We build together, grow together, that is how god's will is done
