Here are things
I’ll do when I please
Pray to God
But not on my knees
Come to church
If I don’t sleep in
If I’m not there
Is it really a sin
Give my money
For contribution
Unless shopping
Is my resolution
Giving to those
Who are in need
Sometimes I won’t
Is that really greed
Sharing my faith
If I’m in the mood
But not with those
With a bad attitude
If you desire
To Disciple me
It will have to be
When my schedule is free
…If this is you…
It truly confirms
You’re living life
On your own terms
You have free will
So that’s up to you
But will your terms
Lead to Heaven too
