I believed the lie
Did you believe it too
That nobody wants
Or cares about you
This world is cruel
Believe what you will
It offers no love
It only wants to kill
Kill your compassion
And self-esteem too
And ultimately
It wants to kill you
I offer this
There is another way
Ignore the lies
Spread love anyway
...God is love...
He’s where truth reigns
He wipes away tears
And heals our pains
Despite the challenges
We have a choice
To listen to Satan
Or God’s loving voice
