Should there be

Would they in fact
Give criminals pause
So many debates
Emotions run high
But nothing is done
So more children die
Not just the kids
But Teachers as well
Too many horrific
Stories to tell
Subtract the shooters
Add thoughts and prayer
A divided nation
No answer to share
